Diandra believes that beauty shouldn’t be harmful to the health of her clients, the planet, or herself. Which is why Diandra chooses to go the holistic route by using ORGANIC WAY (OWAY) HAIR CARE AND STYLING LINE WITH CREATED WITH PURE ESSENTIAL OILS, ORGANIC, BIODYNAMIC AND FAIR TRADE INGREDIENTS. OWAY PACKAGES THEIR FORMULATIONS IN AND AMBER GLASS BOTTLES AND JARS AND ALUMINIUM TUBES WHICH ARE COMPLETELY AND INFINITELY REUSABLE AND RECYCLABLE.
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give Diandra a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Are consultations free?
in-person consultaions are free.
virtual consultaions costs $15 for 15 mins.
Do I have to make a deposit?
A security deposit of 20% when the service is $50 or more must be paid at the time of booking to secure an appointment. If a deposit is not paid within 2 hours on a booking, Diandra has the right to cancel the booking. Your security deposit can be accepted via Venmo, Cash App ($DiandraGolatt), Zelle, Pay Pal, or Credit/Debit Cards and will be applied towards your service(s).

Can I bring my kids?
To ensure the safety and a relaxing experience for all of our clients, children are only allowed when they have an appointment.
How early or late can I arrive for my appointment?
On the day of your appointment please arrive on time (preferably 10 minutes early) to relax and enjoy your full service. If you are running late, Diandra will do everything she can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, due to the flow of appointments and to ensure every guest’s satisfaction, Diandra may need to reschedule your appointment.
